JOHN E. RIDDLE  has been practicing law in California since 1974.  Prior to that he served in the United States Army and worked as an Administrative Assistant to a United States Senator. Mr. Riddle was the President of a successful telecommunications startup, Tele Smart, Inc.  He was also a founding partner in the law firm of LaMore, Brazier, Riddle & Giampaoli

In his 40 years of practice, Mr. Riddle has had extensive jury trial experience in personal injury actions, products liability claims, construction defect lawsuits, toxic torts, securities, business fraud, real estate and criminal matters.  Mr. Riddle's practice has emphasized defense of construction defect, products liability, personal injury and insurance litigation.  Over the past 25 years, Mr. Riddle has represented hundreds of developers, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in construction defect and real estate related actions.  He has also represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in product liability and personal injury actions.  Further, he has defended insurance companies in litigation arising from coverage issues in construction defect related cases. 

Mr. Riddle graduated from Syracuse University and the University of the Pacific School of Law.  He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  Mr. Riddle taught law school for several years at the University of the Pacific School of Law.  He is licensed in all courts in the State of California, numerous Federal District Courts, he is a member of the California State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel, the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Riddle is a graduate of several programs at Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law.  He has been appointed Special Master and Mediator by Superior Courts in the State of California.
